Sanvi Craft – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Sanvi Craft, we take pride in offering beautifully handcrafted décor and gifts, made with care and intention. To ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience, we’ve outlined our return, exchange, and cancellation policy below.

Return Policy
We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are not provided. Instead, once a return is approved, we issue store credit or a gift card equivalent to the item value, minus a ₹100 return shipping charge. If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. International returns are not eligible for free return shipping at this time.

Eligibility for Returns
To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags, packaging, and the original invoice should be intact. We cannot accept returns for items that are used, altered, have stains or perfumes, or are missing tags. Sale items, items bought using store credit, and customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged. Any return without prior approval will be rejected.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at +91 77371 81595 within 3 days of receiving your order. Mention your order number, product name, and the reason for the return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to assist you and arrange a reverse pickup.

Damage or Defect Policy
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos or a video of the issue to our WhatsApp or email. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement. Refunds are not offered in these cases.

Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging. A ₹100 logistics charge is applicable. Exchanges will only be processed if the product is in stock. To start the exchange, contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in the form of store credit or a gift card. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless received in damaged condition.
