We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, minimal charges may apply.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email so you can follow your package's journey.

🔁 3-Day Return Policy – Sanvi and Craft
At Sanvi and Craft, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Return:
Return must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

Item must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or altered products

Final sale / clearance items

🔄 Return Process:
Share your Order ID, Reason for Return, and product photos (in case of damage or defect).

We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange a reverse pickup.

Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

💳 Refund Mode:
For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID (as shared during the return request).
